Physiotherapist
Laura graduated from the University of South Australia in 2024 with a Master of Physiotherapy. Her clinical experience in aged care has shaped her interest in supporting older adults to maintain mobility, manage chronic pain, and stay functional in their daily lives. She enjoys working closely with Home Care Package clients, with a strong focus on improving strength, balance, and independence through personalised physiotherapy sessions. Laura is committed to educating her clients about their conditions and treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and involved in their care. She is passionate about her clients feeling capable of maintaining their independence by providing tailored home exercise programs that target both functional goals and pain management.

Physiotherapist
Paul is a qualified Physiotherapist, who graduated in the UK from the University of Salford with First Class Honours in June 2024, after completing a 4-year NHS degree apprenticeship.
During his physiotherapy career, he has worked across multiple physiotherapy sectors including paediatrics, community aged care, Musculoskeletal, and elderly falls prevention, with a strong focus on supporting older adults and preventing falls.
Paul is passionate about evidence-based practice and helping people recover from injury, improve wellbeing, and maintain their independence. His approach and sessions focus on improving strength, balance, and range of movement, alongside promoting daily exercises to enhance the client's long-term quality of life.

Greg joined the team in May 2026.
Greg has a wealth of experience and knowledge in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan.
He is passionate about delivering high-quality care and client education, with a strong focus on pain management and personalised exercise programs to support independence at every stage of life.

Amy plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service, managing scheduling, client coordination, and administrative tasks. Amy is often the first point of contact, handling phone enquiries with professionalism and care while supporting both clients and clinicians.
With a strong focus on organisation and efficiency, Amy also assists with financial administration, helping to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
